How Do I View My Tickets in the Yapsody YapTickets App

You can access your tickets using the YapTickets app.

Before you start:-

• Tickets booked using the ticket delivery method as Check in at the door or Will / Call pick up, wouldn't be visible on the app. 
• You can also transfer tickets to your friends/family members from the app, to learn how, Click Here. 

Also, please ensure your app is updated to the latest versions:- 

• App Store version: 3.3 (Apple Devices) 
• Play Store version: 3.3 (Android Devices)

A) How to install Yaptickets App and Access the Tickets:- 

i) Open the transaction confirmation email, scroll to the bottom, and look for the "Use the Yaptickets app" option. If you're using an iOS device, click "App Store." For Android devices, click "Google Play Store" to download the app. 

ii) Next, enter the email address you have used to purchase tickets and click "Sign in," you'll be prompted to check your email inbox that would have received an email containing a link for Sign in. 

NOTE: You need to log in to your email account on the same device (phone) on which you have installed the YapTickets app. 

iii) Click on "Open Mail" button. Once clicked, you will get an option of all the email applications present on your device.  If no application is present on your device, you will get a page that states the user needs to install an app from the respective Play Store / App Store. 

Alternatively, access your email account from the browser. 

iv) Open your email app/account, locate the email with the subject line "Sign in to Yapsody Yaptickets....", and click the "Click Here" to access your account on the Yaptickets app.

v) Upon successful login, you'll be displayed the list of events you have booked tickets.

Note: Clicking Past (Next to upcoming), will display the past events ticket purchases. 

vi) Upon tapping event names, you will be displayed tickets.
